- Where is Agroliel based?
- Agroliel is an agricultural export company based in Cameroon.
- What product do you currently export?
- Dried hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa), also known as roselle, in bulk for international buyers.
- What quantity is available?
- Available volumes are confirmed per enquiry, based on current sourcing and your required specification. Share your target quantity and destination and we will confirm what we can supply.
- Can I request a sample?
- Yes. Samples are available. Submit the sample request form with your destination and intended application.
- Can Agroliel provide laboratory testing?
- Testing and laboratory documentation are organized according to buyer requirements. Parameters are confirmed before commercial shipment.
- What packaging is available?
- Packaging is available according to buyer requirements and is agreed during specification confirmation.
- What Incoterms do you support?
- Incoterms are agreed with each buyer as part of the commercial agreement. Indicate your preferred Incoterm in the quote request.
- Which countries can you export to?
- Our focus markets are Mexico, the United States and the United Arab Emirates. We also accept enquiries from other international buyers. Destination feasibility is confirmed per enquiry.
- How are payments handled?
- Payment terms are agreed with each buyer as part of the commercial agreement, before shipment.
- Who can buy from Agroliel?
- Commercial buyers only: importers, distributors, tea and beverage manufacturers, food ingredient companies, herbal product companies, commodity traders and wholesale buyers. We do not sell retail quantities to consumers.
- What form is the product supplied in?
- Whole dried Hibiscus sabdariffa calyces, supplied in bulk. Other forms are subject to buyer requirements and are confirmed per enquiry.
- Can I receive a COA or a written specification?
- Specifications and laboratory documentation are available upon request and are confirmed against the relevant lot. No specification value is published before it is confirmed through actual testing.
- Do you supply buyers in the United States?
- Yes. US importers, distributors, tea and beverage manufacturers, food ingredient companies and traders can send an enquiry through the USA market page. Volumes and specification are confirmed per enquiry.

- Enquiries are reviewed by the export desk and answered directly, normally within one business day.
- How do I request a quotation?
- Complete the quote request form with your quantity, destination, Incoterm and specification. Our export team reviews each request and responds directly.
